Shipping policy
All orders are processed within three (3) to five (5) business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays and any potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of the control of CAROL RIDDICK MERCHANDISE). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping rates and/or charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Local Delivery is not available as CAROL RIDDICK MERCHANDISE is an online business only.
In-store pickup
In/store pickup Is not available.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Allow eight (8) to 20 days for international shipping orders as services vary greatly depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. CAROL RIDDICK MERCHANDISE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within ten days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@carolriddickmerchandise.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Shipping to P.O. Boxes is strongly discouraged as most carriers have limitations around doing so. If a P.O. Box address is used as a shipping address by the customer, it is at the customer’s risk and CAROL RIDDICK MERCHANDISE is not liable.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
To start a return, contact us at info@carolriddickmerchandise.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@carolriddickmerchandise.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make sure it is rectified. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and have inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
